‘Unretiring’ seniors create hiring pipeline for managers

While retirement rates hit record levels during the pandemic, fast-forward a few years, and “unretirement” has become the latest trend. Today, one in eight retirees plan to return to work in 2025, according to a ResumeBuilder survey.
