More than half of senior execs anticipate leaving within 2 years

Fifty-six percent of C-suite leaders reporting to their organizations’ CEOs say they are likely or extremely likely to leave their current roles in the next two years, according to a survey by the Gartner business advisory firm. It found that 27% expect to leave by mid-year.
