Choose words carefully to calm employee anxiety

Need to hold a difficult conversation with an employee? Avoid starting with “I have some bad news for you” or “We need to talk.” According to a study conducted by the online language learning platform Preply, Americans ranked these phrases first and second for triggering stress.
