43% of workers quit due to a toxic boss—don’t be that manager

According to FlexJobs’ Toxicity in the Workplace Survey of more than 8,400 U.S. respondents, 87% of workers have had at least one toxic manager in their career. Forty-three percent have quit because of a toxic boss or manager.
